For suppliers

Present your products in a form buyers can act on.

FORET reviews manufacturer, brand-owner and exporter portfolios against identifiable B2B requirements. A useful supplier introduction makes the product, supply location, MOQ, packaging, lead time, export terms and documentation clear from the start.

Supplier documentation and product portfolio prepared for submission

Supply partners with a clear product and export basis.

  • Lubricant manufacturers and independent blenders
  • Base-oil producers, refiners and authorised exporters
  • Tire manufacturers, brand owners and export distributors
  • Vehicle-parts manufacturers and structured portfolio suppliers
  • Private-label and contract-manufacturing partners
  • Companies with a defined, documentable supply right

An introduction does not create any commitment to purchase, represent or distribute the products.

The supplier brief

Give us enough information for a qualified commercial review.

  • Legal company name, website and country
  • Manufacturer, refinery, blender, brand owner, exporter or distributor status
  • Production and/or supply location
  • Product range, grades, brands and target applications
  • Ownership or authorisation basis for the products offered
  • MOQ and available packaging or loading formats
  • Production or dispatch lead-time basis
  • Incoterms and normal export markets
  • Current TDS, SDS, COA samples and approval support where relevant
  • Available certifications and quality-management information
  • Proposed cooperation model and commercial contact

Attach a current line sheet, catalogue, technical documents and indicative commercial structure. Do not submit confidential third-party information without authority.

Potential cooperation

The structure is agreed for the product, market and transaction.

  • Trial or spot shipment
  • Recurring supply programme
  • Defined-market assortment development
  • Brand or regional distribution discussion
  • Private-label programme
  • Contract manufacturing
  • Product matching for a specified buyer brief
  • FORET acting as buyer, seller or commercial coordinator where approved and contractually agreed

A broad catalogue is useful only when its commercial basis is clear.

Product relevance

The range is reviewed against identifiable buyer applications, specifications and target markets.

Supply credibility

Manufacturing or supply location, authorisation, MOQ, lead time and export capability must be understandable.

Documentary readiness

Technical, quality, origin and approval documents are reviewed according to the product and intended market.

Commercial fit

Pricing basis, order size, packing, terms and route must allow a viable buyer-facing proposition.

Keep commercial information current and specific.

Suppliers are expected to identify material changes in specification, manufacturer, origin, packaging, certification, availability or price. Generic statements such as “OEM quality”, “all approvals” or “best price” should not be used without a precise and supportable basis.
