For buyers
Send a requirement that can be priced, checked and compared.
FORET helps professional buyers turn a product request into a complete commercial brief. The objective is not to collect an isolated unit price, but to establish whether the product, quantity, packing, route, timing, documents and transaction terms work together.
Built for professional procurement and trading teams.
We accept enquiries from companies purchasing for distribution, production, fleet operation, project supply or other legitimate business use. Consumer and single-unit retail requests are outside the scope of this website.
- Importers and distributors
- Vehicle-parts and tire wholesalers
- Lubricant distributors and blenders
- Fleet and industrial procurement teams
- Manufacturers purchasing inputs or service products
- Trading companies with a defined buyer mandate
The buying brief
Give us the information that changes the commercial answer.
- Company, country and business role
- Product category and intended use
- Brand, grade, part number, size or technical specification
- Required quantity and expected order frequency
- Acceptable alternatives and exclusions
- Packing or loading format
- Destination and preferred Incoterm
- Required delivery or shipment window
- Required technical, origin, approval and shipment documents
- Any target commercial parameters that can be shared
Attach specifications, parts lists, size lists or previous product documents where relevant. Structured spreadsheets are preferred for multi-line enquiries.
The commercial response
A response designed for an actual procurement decision.
Subject to the availability of a workable option, the commercial response may include:
- Proposed product and stated product status
- Key points of conformity with the brief
- Quantity, MOQ and pack configuration
- Origin and proposed supply point where confirmed
- Delivery basis and destination
- Indicative availability or lead time
- Payment basis and proposal validity
- Documents available for the proposed product
- Alternatives, exclusions and points requiring verification
If the initial requirement is incomplete, FORET may first return a concise list of questions needed to make the enquiry commercially assessable.
Current availability belongs in a current offer.
Production allocation, stock status, export rights, lead time and route conditions can change. FORET therefore confirms availability for each enquiry rather than presenting an assumed public inventory. This reduces the risk of a buyer acting on an outdated or incomplete stock indication.
Business information is used to assess and respond to the enquiry.
Submitted information may be shared with relevant suppliers, logistics or professional service providers only to the extent reasonably needed to evaluate or execute the opportunity. Do not upload information that you are not authorised to disclose. See the Privacy Notice for details.
